I got into juicing after I became sick and stayed in the hospital almost an entire month. I had a ruptured appendix and needed to get my digestive system clean and strong once i got back home. One thing about juicing was that it turned out to be very expensive. You might think that fruits and vegetables are inexpensive but when you buy all organic and you juice and blend the hell out of em' you will see just how fast that $100 worth of food goes. Lasts about 3-4 days.I heard that I may become weak and feel sick from juicing. I had wondered if the people telling me this ever felt sick themselves. I thought to myself, how sick and weak could I possibly get? I just almost died in the hospital, juicing doesn't scare me!
