Here is a smoothie recipe which is high in nutritional value and will make you feel refreshed 

The nutrients found in this drink are;
 
·       Beta-Carotine
Folic Acid
Vitamin B1, B3, B6 and “C”
Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, potassium and sulfur


Squeeze the oranges first, and then you will need to mix this recipe in your blender.
This drink is great for energy, digestion and your skin.

            4 Bananas
2 Pears
2 Oranges
240ml Apple Juice

This smoothie is sure to make you feel wide awake in the morning and the peaches are rich in iron.

The nutrients found in this drink are;

 Beta-Carotine

·         Vitamin B1, B3, B6 and “C”
·         Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, potassium and sulfur

      First squeeze the Tangerines and Oranges and blend together with bananas and peaches. If it's a really hot day you can add a scoop of your favorite flavor of ice cream.

      4 Tangerines
      4 Oranges
